Yes. The shared calendar, tasks, shopping lists and home screen are free for the whole family, with no member limit. Free also includes a monthly allowance of Smart Inbox actions and scans, this week’s meal plan, and a monthly budget.
Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (USD) and removes the limits. Every new family gets 14 days of Premium free, with no card needed.
When you create a family, Keeso gives you an 8-character invite code. Share it with your partner or kids and they type it into the app to join. You can refresh the code any time from Settings.
Type or speak something like “swim meet Saturday 9am for Emma” or “add milk to the shopping list”, or snap a photo of a bill or recipe. Keeso works out what it is, fills in the details and shows you a preview before anything is saved.
The Smart Inbox uses an AI provider to read your message. Keeso asks for your permission first, doesn’t sell your data or use it for ads, and you can switch AI features off in Settings.
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We don’t sell personal information or share it with advertisers, and we only use it to run the features you use. Keeso doesn’t track your location in the background. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Kids join as child members and see the shared calendar and the tasks assigned to them. Money, documents and other grown-up sections stay with parents.
Anyone creating their own account must be 13 or older.
Keeso is on iPhone today. Android is on the way. It’s designed for phones, so there isn’t a tablet layout yet.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Premium stays on until the end of the billing period, then your family moves back to Free and keeps everything.
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Your personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days, and shared family data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Download anything you need from the vault first.
